The high speed compound extruder production line is ideal for making master batches & Compounding PP,PVC TPR,EVA , low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable materials, ABS, LDPE, HLDPE, etc. You can use the master batches & Compounding for making: Shopping & Carrier bags, Woven Sack Multilayer Films, Water Tanks PE & PVC Cables, PVC Shoes, Cing Film, Anti Block P.P etc.

The production line combines materials mixing, conveying, feeding, extrusion granulation, water circulation cooling and air cooling sending as a whole line, automated continuous operation, the high effective production. Frequency converter used to control the rate of granulation to meet the speed of material requirements and savings power function. 

Compact structure, occupies little space and can be installed flat. 

Production sub-loop temperature control process, dispersion kneader, feeder, extrusion machine has its own heating and cooling system, control their temperature, according to process requirements. Feeding machine is of double screw propeller extrusion feeder, with the feature of strong material feeding, especially suitable for extrusion and granulation of mixed compound directly from kneader.

Barrel screw use 38CrMoAlA quality alloy steel, nit riding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance to corrosion. 

Machine head adopt manually net changing organization, easy to operate. 

Electronic control system uses advanced PLC control technology, and two inverters form, then mixing, feed, extrusion, palletizing and other multi-process machine according to the requirements of high accuracy, wide variable speed. And the line has the whole chain of machine technology, sound and light alarm functions; improve the reliability and safe operation.

Granules palletized from this line are with the features of beautiful appearance, fine texture, well distributed.
